Within 5 years of purchase date, our guarantee covers issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including tears, rips, loose seams, color fade and texture deterioration. Damage from misuse or reasons otherwise specified, is not covered under our guarantee. This includes pilling from contact with rough surfaces and damage due to improper care.
To begin the exchange or repair process, please email us at returns@wallandwrenn.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of damage and cause (Please be as detailed as possible)
- As many detailed photos of damage, if possible

Shipping Costs: Please note that you are responsible for paying postage costs for returning or exchanging goods to us after 60 days. If our examination of your claim determines that our product is faulty and that you are eligible for exchange or repair under our Durability Guarantee, we’ll issue you store credit for the return postage amount.
Product Assessment: After verifying your order and determining the cause of damage, we maintain the right to refuse exchange or repair if we find that it’s not covered under our Durability Guarantee. In which case, we will ship your original order back to you.
Exchange and Repair: We maintain the right to choose whether to exchange or repair your returned products.
