Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping for order values equal to or over $85.

How do I track my order?

When we shipped your order, you should have received a shipping email update. There, you can find your USPS tracking number, which will take you to USPS' order tracking tool.

When will I get my package?

We ship via USPS Ground Priority Mail. After shipped, you can expect to receive your order in 7-10 days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order before your order has shipped, please reach out to us with your order number as soon as possible at returns@wallandwrenn.com

After your order has shipped, we will try our best to cancel shipping from our end but cannot make any guarantees. Fortunately, though, we offer free returns within 60 days. After receiving your order, you can start a return here.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Our mission is simply to complement you, helping you be your best for the everyday moments that matter. We back that up with our return policy. If you aren't happy with your purchase, within 60-days, we're happy to cover shipping and offer you a full refund or an exchange for equal value. 

While we certainly hope you like your Wall & Wrenn products enough to never need to return any of them, we'll try our best to make your exchange or refund as easy, smooth and transparent as possible. 

Please note that (1) full exchanges or refunds apply to items within 60 days of purchase with an original receipt, (2) items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached, (3) eligibility for full exchange or refund contingent upon Wall & Wrenn's verification of product condition and (4) all refunds are credited back to purchaser's original form of payment

How do I return or exchange items?

Once we receive your items and confirm the return, we'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take a couple more days after processing for the refund to post to your account and that returns are made to the original payment method.

How do I make an exchange?

To exchange an item, start here and follow the step-by-step process, selecting the item, size and color you'd like to exchange your item for. 

After submitting your request for an exchange, we'll review and email you a free return shipping label. Please print out the return shipping label, safely pack up the items you'd like to return, along with original packing slip, and securely attach the return shipping label on to the package and bring it to a USPS store or location for drop-off. 

After receiving and approving your return, we'll send you your exchanged item as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your exchanged item after we've received and approved of the returned item.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you've received a damage or defective item, please reach out to us at help@wallandwrenn.com as soon as possible and we promise that we'll make it right by you!
